Nicole has been an entrepreneur since the day she graduated from college and refused to get a real job. She's a professional photographer, beginning her career in the photo department at Vanity Fair and an advocate for female entrepreneurs. She grew Worn from a print publication into a full service creative agency and is determined to lift up other women through Worn's work.

Carolyn rebelled from the world of executive coaching to join Worn and open the New York office. She leads strategy and client relations with a bottomless energy that has earned her the nickname Crush. She's built national campaigns from start to finish for startup brands to Fortune 500s. 

Elizabeth Davis
Director of New Ventures

Originally from Montana, Elizabeth has spent her career focused on mission-driven projects from the WWF to Coca-Cola where she focused on global sustainability. She is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and joins Worn with an emphasis on New Ventures that empower women.

Lela is a rare unicorn - she's both a laser focused creative strategist and talented graphic designer. With a background in digital advertising for political and advocacy campaigns, she brings brands to life through messaging, design, and ideation, and spends her free time buried in the Creative Suite or searching for the world's best taco.
